I've bene thinking back to brearley, and his extraordinary ability to treat very (very) different players differently and somehow allow them to be their best - imagine boycott and botham in one team - maybe they should read the art of captaincy - though it's true he's from the past and so probably a complete fool now the rules have been re-written
