Anyone could see he was an absolute disaster after about 3 home games

Terrible use of the squad, stupid formations, players looked clueless. Bizarre we stuck with him as long as we did, no other club would have done the same. Incredible we've managed to get PC. What i've seen of his games the squad is never bottom 3.
