The problem is the hard arsed approach is great in the short term but...

when players stop listening, it runs out and the fans are not as forgiving over a nasty manager than a nice one.

It would not surprise me 5 years from now when a "worst ever manager" comes up he will be ahead of Manning and Peter Grant.......

I guess being nice is better than actual results in the context of the squad you have.
