If we get out of this mess, it will be amazing

So there’s that. IF we can get 40 points from the next 29 games, that will be 10 wins and 10 draws. That would be so much better than what we’ve seen so far, we’d all be ecstatic. Also, I do think our squad is potentially better than our current position.

However, potential doesn’t win points and we need points, urgently. So, yes, I think we are going down. And frankly, the team and club deserve it. The leadership has presided over a collapse in footballing standards, communication with supporters and a dereliction of duty in recruitment. It’s a shambles.

So, we survive and witness a small scale miracle, or we don’t and those responsible hopefully get what’s coming. Admittedly, we also get to suffer with them, but maybe we have to go through that.

I’m f**ked off with it all, frankly.
