How this team can improve

Better fitness
Better structure and shape
Players retuning for injury
Signings in the window
Developing a team based on relationships and clear roles

That’s not to say we are not in dire trouble but there are a number of ways that things can get better.

One of the biggest problems at the moment is confidence which is less easy to fix
