It's not just that (but I agree)...it's the things he immediately picked up on in training

Lack of communication. You are pressing in ones. You are not talking to each other at all - zero comms. How can you press as a unit with zero comms? You need to help each other in games, and you only get used to doing that if you do it in training.

Finishing...no wild finishing in training...place the ball. Don't practice the wrong thing in training, I won't allow it.

That plus telling the squad...some of you are fit, some of you are not. That's (obviously) why you're falling off a cliff in the second half. We need to get you all fit - possibly ALL of you fitter. And if you can't manage your diet, your alcohol intake, your sleep, you wont get fit, and you wont play. If you dont work, you wont achieve anything.

All of it so clear, so actionable and so likely to actually DO something. Rather than being told its all about behaviours, or owning it, or holding each other accountable every day. What does that even mean? What is a teenager from Denmark or wherever supposed to do with that coaching guidance?
