Personality.

You just have to look at the most successful Manages/Head Coaches we’ve had; Bond, Walker, Brown, Lambert and Farke - all had charisma and personality. Contrasting all those that have failed miserably; Roader, Smith and Manning - all as dull as dishwater.

Just as players suits certain clubs, the same can be said for managers etc.
