Honest questions

How do you see THIS squad getting on with Russ's utter commitment to playing out patiently from the back? Do you really think the defenders are good enough? Who do you see in the midfield capable of beating a man of playing a pass?

I think if we had appointed Russ at some point during the Farke era, when we DID have a squad capable of this sort of football, it might well have worked out very well. But if we went for Russ now, I honestly believe it would be like his team with Rangers on steroids. He'd take us down with a tiny number of points, and we'd have to rebuild in the League 1.

At the end of the day, this squad is 23rd out of 24, and has been busy losing to all the clubs around us. I just dont get what you see that makes you think Russ's purist football would work.
