I basically ate a bag of crisps recently and it cut the inside of my mouth

Was difficult moving my tongue around for 10 days and gave me 2 blisters inside my mouth

Probably won't eat crisps again.

I have the skin plaques too, on my feet and some on my arms.
My nails are cracking a bit now, might need to get some hardener.

It's on my hands but doesn't itch
