If any ambitious manager (that’s how he described

himself) thought the squad were as poor as he’s now usefully using as an excuse, he wouldn’t have gone anywhere near the job. You really think a squad with Sarge, Fisher, Kenny, Darling, Wright, Stacey managed by a half decent manager, wouldn’t have found at least a couple of home wins?! Honestly I can’t believe anyone buys Manning’s crap anymore. Sure Knapper hasn’t done a good job (Jurasek needs answering) but this is all distracting from a manager who should never have been given the job (Knapper again).
