Our squad is better than our league position
I don’t think the balance of the squad is correct. I.E yesterday we played a 3-4-3 which means the 2 wide forwards often tuck in to make 2 10s. I like Makama but he’s not that creative 10 that is required. We seem to have a lot of athletes, less ball players and less match winners. Last season we played far worse than the first half yesterday but we had Sainz scoring worldies.
I guess we’ve missed 2 big summer attacking players which have been injured but despite that we still should have enough to create more chances.
