Zero experience, impossible to tell if he was a decent coach or not. Manning has pedigree. Despite all the piss taking from Bristol city fans now they were furious to lose him in the summer. All those clamouring to sack him seem to think a new coach will magically turn these s**t players into a top 6 side. It won’t happen
