You could argue, as some have, that the players are fine but are struggling in a system

that does not suit them. To verify that would need LM to try something different, or a new manager to try with the current squad.

Sacking BK and appointing a new SD to buy some more players to give LM is, in my opinion, doing it back to front, and with the potential that the system, not the players, is the issue. Almost the equivalent of buying a new PC because your current one wont turn on without checking that the current one is plugged in.
