a lot of people would be unhappy but its financially worth it for the extra revenue long term.

Forget feelings for one minute, they are looking to attract a higher spending/younger type of fan to the party zone. they are looking to attract a more affluent fan to the premium seating area. they are designing this whole thing so people get there earlier and spend money.

Be careful what you wish for.....
