Stats are not the point

This is about management. The guy is top notch. He is about success. If data driven doesn't work for football he will be the first to notice and correct. If Norwich fans want somebody who attends every game then Mark A. is not for you. But with his record in running a sports franchise, I think the club hit a home run getting him in.
