Where has the money (re 06/07 season) gone?

Are we about to see a new Delia Dinner in a new upper tier of the GW (City) stand?

Or have the club bought another chunk of land like the did a few seasons back? It doesn't look significant money is being lined up for squad improvement (if you believe Mumby's comments).

Whats the point of having a 31,000 seater stadium if you have about 2,200 season ticket non renewals this summer and may be more by next spring/summer, unless the team shows a big improvement in form during the 06/07 season?
