If we're playing a midfield 3 then Wright, Mattsson and Topic would be my pick

I don't think Topic is a 10, from what I've seen he's been better being the aggressive player in midfield that can intercept and drive forward from a deeper position. I like the look of Mattsson, seems to have a nice balance between linking play with a bit of physicality. On paper, Wright is the one to receive the ball and keep it moving, Mattsson and Topic are more box to box.

Concern is whether this setup can support a front 3. We need Topic and Mattsson to be able to play a bit higher, or cover Mahovo/Stacey if they provide the width. I would stick with Schwartau but perhaps move him more centrally and play him off Crnac and Sargent.
