I think we are broadly on the same page!..But we are miles apart on change!..Radical...give another system ago...give a kid a go..ala Frake and Max Aarons...
Play three up front..change the midfield to a diamond...try something else to make what you have work...anything
He is too ridged...timings of subs...positions etc
And lets not start on the total lack of flair!
