It would have gone toxic. Webber did him a favour - you probably wouldn’t have been posting if he’d stayed and been sacked later that season or the season after as we languished in 10th in the championship.

Our path wouldn’t have been much different had he stayed 6 - 12 months more; we would have just been spared the Dean smith era
