Overall I'm guessing the channel has grossed 2-3M just in ad revenue

Just imagine what a channel like Beardmeetsfood is taking in.

He is def a multi millionaire, maybe over 10m-20m

These guys are the highest paid people in media outside of some film stars.
The overheads are very low.
A successful channel is like having a money printing press.
