LM on Kellen Fisher role - i thought he did well the other night, he got forward and supported attacks as well at times and showed a bit of bite at times which I like

LM on using Kellen and Jack Stacey competition. If one is ahead of the other I will be sitting with him saying what we want from him

LM on Chrisene at centre-back and left back... I like the multi-functional aspect of it. He is progressing well, he still has loads of areas to improve one. Got a lot of exciting potential

LM on Darling - he has really matured since I worked with him at MK. Better defensively and you see his leadership - he was first to celebrate Diallo's tackle in the first half at Watford. We have to celebrate the little actions not just the goals and the sexy bits

LM on Pompey - they show just how difficult the division is, and throw Fratton Park into the mix and how difficult it is to go down there. But after the week we have had, good and bad, we should relish it.

LM on NCFC away form - home or away we will do absolutely everything and we have to turn up and deliver

LM on NCFC fans at Watford - same again! Really strong support - and I am pretty sure the fans will have enjoyed it too. Hopefully we can create another positive memory

LM on first win - we looed at wasn't right, what we need to develop and move on quickly. the attitude to progress will only get better.

LM - delighted to win on Tuesday but it is not just me it is the collective. We all worked hard.

*Jurasek trained well today. He did just what we needed at Watford. Good for him to get minutes we are going to keep pushing him *
