Surely sarge will start. No indications anybody is close to signing him now Wolfsburg are out.

If he turned down Wolfsburg (conflicting reports) then he doesn’t seem all that desperate to move unless it’s a big move.

Surely Duffy would start ahead of Cordoba in a 5-3-2. I also think that formation is not one we should start with as our midfield is not strong enough if it is wright, Forson and Nunez, and with wing backs bombing forward they really get exposed as they have no help defensively as they would in a 4-3-3.

We have relatively big signings like Jurasek, Kvistgaarden and Diallo that you’d hope would be involved before too long.
