I’ve been a control system designer for 30 years and it’s virtually impossible for it to

be a system error. These are mechanical switches the provide discrete inputs to the control system. If there an electrical issue you would multiple faults. These switches aren’t like a light switch, you can’t actually knock them. You would need to pull them up as they are spring loaded and lock them in the cutoff position.

One telling factor is there is a delay between each switch input which means it’s manually done. If it would have been an electrical issue there would be no lag.
