Norwich City have launched a new armed forces and veterans membership scheme for the 2025/26 season.
The new membership scheme is free to join and allows those who are currently serving, or who have served previously, to have priority access to purchase tickets to home matches based on the number of home games attended in the 2024/25 season.
This project has been worked on by the supporter panel, and with Forces2Canaries, allowing those serving, or those who are away for periods of time on base or abroad, to access tickets with more ease when they are back in Norfolk/UK.
Supporters will also receive a specially designed digital membership card that will appear in their digital wallet.
Season ticket holders who are currently serving, or who have served previously, are able to apply for the armed forces and veterans membership and receive their digital membership card. These supporters will not be able to purchase additional home tickets within the priority sales windows as they would have already secured their seat with their season ticket.
Existing season ticket holders are encouraged to sign up for their armed forces membership as the best method of keeping up to date with related events such as our armed forces fixture or remembrance fixture.
To apply for your armed forces and veterans membership, please visit this page. Please note, it can take up to 14 working days after completing the form for the armed forces and veterans membership to become active.
You will need to provide proof of your service by uploading a photo of your HM Armed Forces Veteran Card or proof of your MOD email address. You can apply for an HM Armed Forces Veteran Card here.
For further information and how to join Forces2Canaries, you can do so here.
The club have worked very closely with Forces2Canaries and the armed forces community across previous seasons, with highlights such as the Armed Forces Day fixture, remembrance fixture and Bridge for Heroes mental health support group.
