but the lass said that I have to go to customer service when it isn't my homestore, and they give you the vouchers, so I did that next time, and they told me to go online

I don't fancy going 3 miles out of town to find out I can't have my tenner off.

I thought it might have changed, cos how would you go to argos to get them taken off without vouchers (I know someone that wants to go to argos at lunch see, to use 5000 points to get an mp3 player, but I said I get knocked back when I ask for points to come off)
