Having worked on a BT contract

(Maintenance side ) I can tell you this
BT staff sit next to EE staff in the call centres all part of the same group and the managers work similarly

Same fibre line, so changes can be done straight away
just different name and offers

Any complaint's with EE use the online complaints form they claim to ring you back within 72 hours and from my experience they do, and it will be a manager who will try to resolve with you as it does not look good having complaints open .

Here's the big reason to switch ,get yourself the cheapest EE phone sim .Once you join EE they automatically give you unlimited data with no change on you standing charge for your cheap sim .I have unlimited data for £6 a month
Check they still offer it on those terms but i believe they do
