My Grandad was a steward in the old main stand and used to smuggle me in through a back gate and then plonk me down on the steps between the blocks while he worked.
I think I was about 5 or 6 for my first game, so I'm guessing it was either '72 or '73, and I vaguely remember we beat Spurs 2-1.
I think I was at least 8 or 9 years old before I actually went through the turnstiles and paid!
