Anyone off of here ever got a new bathroom?

We have a smallish bathroom with a bath, considering getting it all taken out and replacing the bath with a shower and redoing all the tiles and stuff.

Question for the experienced person: was it a total nightmare? We only have one toilet, where does one do a wee (or even a poo for that matter)?
