I have no real problem with Wilshere.

Feels like players used to go into management all the time without necessarily having much coaching experience.

But Wilshere's been doing it a while and I'm not really buying the idea that he'll just get it by default because the club can't be arsed to look wider.

May do well, may not. The only managerial appointment I've ever been sure of at the start was Martin O'Neill... and that went well!
