Is coaching a reserve side in division four any better?

For me, I think 'credentials' are probably about more than just experience - important though that is of course.

The club may already have seen things in the way that he has worked with the squad (not just last weekend) which also gives them optimism.

Basically I think I always try and see the positive in any managerial option and no different here. You may of course be completely right though of course.
