Behind that hard guy exterior he and Scott goreham came out with some tasty melodic twin lead lines.
Not totally original as it had been kind of done before by wishbone ash (Andy Powell and Ted Turner) listen to their album Argus (1972)
Pity he got in a ruckus just before a pivotal USA tour…
