The surrender this year? Well. Injuries and bans, yes. But we could also say it coincided with Pealch being replaced by Wilshere, and by Attansio gaining full control from the Smiths. Absent, corporate leaders don’t really fit with Norwich.

As for Knapper, well. Yes. That’s fair. Last year was s**t mostly with Webber signings. Knapper failed to replace those who left effectively. This season our only three playwra making headlines were Webber signings, and so to a large extent he’s failed again.

He did bring us Pelach for a short time, but then he brought us Wilshere. I saw it on a stream today and saw Wilshere sharing jokes with the subs when we were down 5-2. Not a great look.
