Well...
At first, the idea didn’t smell too bad, but now it feels like they’ve bottled it. The plan seemed well-scented, but the reality is a bit of a stinker for some businesses. That said, if it helps cut down on traffic fumes, maybe it’s time for Norwich to freshen up! Either way, opinions are definitely divided—some love it, others think it’s just Eau dear!
