VMT I've never seen that one outside a Curry House...
and have always wondered what it actually was.
I've just consulted Tooombs, Dan Tooombs, and apparently it's a Tamarind Chutney or a Takeaway-style Pakora sauce.
Raita always goes well with a keema.
