in a nutshell

I wrote a piece on volatility and focussed it on Chicago Board Options Exchange's volatility index. Without properly checking what they actually did when I spoke to the big chief exec chap on the volatility side he mentioned SPX options or something. I then wrote CBOE deal in sequenced packet exchange (SPX).

They have been absolutely inundated with call upon call of investors wanting a piece, shareholders saying "you never told me", the bigwig chap isnt impressed and wants to remove his subscription

Uh oh.
