Away ticket advice please

APjnr fancies going to the Blackburn match. He lives in Nottingham. I won’t be going up there. I can buy tickets on the website but it says the only option is to “collect”.
Would this be from the ticket office/Jarrolds shop (therefore too late to post them to him for Saturday) or would it be from the ticket office at Edwood Park? And therefore fine for APjnr to collect on match day?
