Saw Goat girl in their first year and they were great

liked the second album and they've always had the "can't be bothered" schtick - the real shame about it this time was that they sounded pretty ropey, the new album isn't to my taste either.

Bug club reminded me of Shonen Knife and the Go! Team, in that they just were fun and high energy, drags the audience along with them.

St Vincent was good too, especially to see it in a small venue, but I think they'd oversold for capacity as it was RAMMED and my partner was having a rough time healthwise that day, which did take the gloss off a bit.
