I'm not aware of any others so it must be relatively rare/new .
But the bid question for me remains why was this incident picked up. I can understand it with something high profile or which receives media attention. I wonder if the same was used, for example, for that Preston striker who bit someone earlier this season. But for someone to go back and dig up this particular incident, unprompted, is very strange and frankly highly suspicious.

I think it also counts as unseen if they only saw part of what happened but missed the allegedly violent bit which is presumably what the officials would say here as they definitely saw some of the incident.
