Van Dijk vs Newcastle...

This was referred but no action could be taken as it was seen by the officials or VAR.

Retrospective action can only be taken when it is proven that officials and VAR did not see it... probably very rare.

I suspect that there are several cases raised but most are found to have been 'seen' so no action can be taken.
