Web II isn't properly understood.

Web II should be about distribution of services. Web services, etc.

What you're talking about is, in my opinion, Web I with multimedia. I know some perceptions disagree.

Thing is it's not taking off yet because you rely so much on 3rd-party services in order for your own to provide quality of service.
