About John Ward
John Ward is good at getting the most out of limited players and forming a great team spirit. His teams are very well organised. He'd do well at Norwich.
Plus points are that he gave Marcus Stewart and Gareth Taylor their first chances in football with Brizzle Rovers.
Minus - Once signed Worrell Sterling.
