i dont know much about alot but i know but i alot about grass
firstly: wrong type of grass recommend greenlees cooch and in my opinion the turf at carrow row does not need replacing every two years. all it would need is coring which pulled by a tractor costs bugger all plenty of those in norfolk and sprayed with the right herbicide and pesticide, seed or replace bare strips with new turf which surely the club is growing somewhere like colney, water heavily for the first week (chance of free rain from the sky in england quite good) after 1 week top dress whole ground with dirt and because here is the key thing most plants in the world grow better in soil then sand. water heavily
week 3 tiny blades of grass coming through rain only unless heat wave and wait
week 4 heaters on lots of water cut, weed, returf and roll by hand as required -
week 4 prepare as usual or repeat process with manure
