In the change over of property I kept getting gas bills from a provider I wasn't with.

I probably had used their energy whilst setting up my bills.

Eventually the £100 odd they wanted got sold to some Leeds firm. They write to me and wanted £40.

When I rang up to ask what it was, they offered me £25 to pay it there and then.
