just being able to refer to American co-owners in any capacity allows that box to be ticked, despite limited investment.
Maybe they will develop a taste for what the association brings and be more confident about bigger investment when Delia is ready to step down.
Perhaps a clever 'amuse bouche' from our erstwhile MSH?
