You're doing better than us, by the sounds of it ....

trouble is we can only get there about once a fortnight at the mo, but will be doing a bit more in the future., plus I'm waiting for my petrol strimmer to be organised. Got lettuce, runners, carrots and spinach planted at the mo. Cabbages at home to be planted out. Had a look at the shed last week to see if it could be salvaged, pushed my hand up against the roof and it went straight through it (rotten as feck). So demolished it and started burning it yesterday. Also doesn't help that Jane has lost the key to the gate, so we have to take pot luck that someone else is there when we go, will go and get a replacement this week.
As long as we get something from this year we'll be happy. Once the plot is strimmed down, we'll be able to cover much of it with cardboard to kill off the grass and weeds and carry on digging throughout the year. Hopefully be in full production this time next year.
