Guess that wouldn't be the worst thing though

What you lose in guaranteed money you'd in theory make up in higher renevues from casual tickets (even if the casual prices come down given the greater availability).

It's a fine balance though, and clearly not equivocal for one way or another.

Construction costs scupper it for the short term though, unless Attanasio has deep pockets (and there is lots of hints about him being involved in infrastructure rather than transfer fees).
