You could build that facility as an add on to the main stand......

for a fraction of the cost of a new stand and none of the disruption.

My prediction is this "new main stand" project goes absolutely f**king nowhere.
The sensible option is increasing the capacity elsewhere through either the hotel corner or exploring safe standing options as mentioned in the interview.
