And yeah, no, I don't believe anyone is consistently making six figures on the slots, there are things in place to flag it/prevent it. They were in place 10 years ago.

The firewalls are that anyone taking the casino chains for large amounts regularly is flagged and capped. They can (and do) refuse people.

So, in order to make the figures you propose, from the casinos, you'd need to travel, and be winning small amounts over a long period. Which sounds like a job. I did the calcs. The hourly rate of the majority of the people verifiably having an edge was around the same as my (not considerable) salary.

And it's not fun counting cards/playing the odds. It's a grind.

If you're looking at the jackpots as a quicker way I can double assure you that no one is regularly winning those.

The chaps in the links? Nah, sorry, even if it is partly true, its also part of their subsequent brand. If you believe everything they tell you without questioning it, then I suspect that you've got closer to how they really made their bucks.

But, if indulging in those beliefs makes you happy. Heheh
