Thought it was quite interesting

I came away wondering quite what that duo add anywhere though, as there seemed to be lots of (paraphrasing): 'we didn't expect to be able to do much to avoid relegation', 'the players couldn't find their form', 'there was a group of players who wanted survival but whether they had the ability/mental fortitude to do so was unclear' (Said re Leicester but presume they had a similar mentality with us when they came in).

I'd assumed they must at least interview well, but on that showing I can't see how they actually do? Clearly they really were just the 'anything but Lampard' option and we really, really f**ked up with how we handled that managerial change (and even more so by not booting them out in the summer we went down).
