Some fans are just never going to like him again, they're entrenched

Sometimes there's just no coming back regardless of what he / the club do going forward. And I've no doubt a number couldnt wait for the interviews to analyse and pick fault.
He's far from perfect and as you say has done some excellent things but also made mistakes.
He's right in what he says though, if everyone isn't on the same side all pulling together, it makes success all the harder to achieve.
